You can also contact this service and request the Nurse Helpline for when you are unsure if you need medical care from a doctor, unsure of whether or not your symptoms warrant a visit to the ER and/or if you have questions about how to care for a minor injury or illness while abroad. If the nurse feels like further care is required by a doctor, they will arrange for On Call to find you the nearest doctor/hospital to assist you with the matter.
